  1. Adhering to the importance and the need of music in the worship service (that music can strengthen or spoil the worship service).
  2. Establishing all the hard-and-fast rules for the department including dress code, choir practices or rehearsals, etc.
  3. Sing songs to the glory of God.
  4. Allow the Holy Ghost to use them in losing the bands and yokes that oppress the souls of men.
  5. Be allow to be used by the Lord to edify the church.
